Thanks Rose for Sending Me This Bunch of On Stage Competition Photos by John Quinlan

Rose, thanks so much for sending me this group of on stage competition photos from this past year. It was an honor competing in the NPC in 2012. Great people and amazing talent in the Men's Physique Division. I met and became friends with so many great athletes. God Bless

A Special Thanks To Ms. Diesel K. For The New Video of Me by John Quinlan

Special thanks to Ms. Diesel K. for adding a video of me this morning to YouTube. It is a clip from back in June the night before the 2012 NPC Atlantic States competition. I competed in the Men's Physique Division at this show and they broke a record with almost 400 competitors. This show was put on by Bev Francis and her husband Steve Weinberger. I had the honor of meeting both of them and they are wonderful good people. Much respect for the NPC and all the athletes, God Bless :)

Thanks Big Dog for Adding These Video Clips by John Quinlan

Thanks to the Big Dog for adding a couple video clips of me on stage yesterday at the 2012 NPC Jay Cutler Classic on May 6th, this past Sunday. Was a great show, had a great time, I have all the respect in the world for all the great athletes that competed at this show. I competed in the Men’s Physique Division in the class that was shorter than 6’0 tall. My height was measured at 5’9 ½ “ during the weigh-ins.

God Bless

Post Workout Shoot Interview by John Quinlan

Just wanted to give everybody an update right now. Here is a post workout shoot type interview that I just did. The film was added by The Big Dog....thanks :) I just briefly share my thoughts about my first show of the year in about a week, the NPC Jay Cutler Classic. I will be competing in the Men's Physique Division. I do mention how much respect I have for my fellow competitors, judges and all the athletes that step on stage at this great event. Jay Cutler is running the show and he is the guest poser as well so it should be great and I am honored to be part of it. Thanks everybody for all the love and support throughout my months of training. Much Love!

God Bless
