I have been dieting & training for just 3 weeks now
and had an early morning weigh-in on an empty stomach. I very rarely weigh
myself as I try and go by the mirror but every now and then I think it is a
good thing to measure my overall progress. I came in at today at 196lbs. and at
5’9” I feel like I am doing alright considering I have only been going steady
for the past three weeks. I am training right now for the NPC Brooklyn Grand
Prix Physique taking place October 5th and a big photo shoot on
October 11th in Philadelphia with Jillian Bullock for her new
fitness book. I will keep everybody posted. Thanks so much for all the support.
