1 Week Out From 1st Show of 2012 by John Quinlan

I am 1 week out from my first show of 2012. Below is a video clip of my thoughts and physique progress. Thanks to the Big Dog for adding this to YouTube about 5 minutes ago. The quality of this film isn't that good as he told me it lacks clarity. Oh well, just there for progress so it's all good. Thanks everybody so much for all the love & support!
