Early Morning Weigh-In on March 14, 2013 by John Quinlan

I have been dieting & training for a few weeks now and had an early morning weigh-in on an empty stomach. I very rarely weigh myself as I try and go by the mirror but every now and then I think it is a good thing to measure my overall progress. I came in at 188lbs. and at 5’9” I feel like I am doing alright so far. I have my first photo shoot of the year next week so I will see how everything goes. I will keep everybody posted. Thanks so much for all the support.
