Training Update by John Quinlan

First off, hope everybody had a great Saint Patrick's Day.....all good :) Just wanted to post a progress photo from this morning. Just a basic snap shot but an ok way to measure my progress thus far with my first show several weeks away and my first photo shoot of 2012 in a couple of weeks.

Just trying to be consistant with both my training and diet and whatever happens just happens. I will do the best I can to remain focused and stay positive and surround myself with positive people.

Happy St. Patrick's Day by John Quinlan

Hope everybody has a great St. Patrick's Day! Enjoy some green beer or something great, ha ha ha! In the next couple weeks I have a photo shoot themed mostly towards romance book covers. Yes, that is correct, lol! I will be joined by female model Angela Pagliarulo for some of the shots. Should be pretty cool, I will keep everybody posted.
