Updated Training Related Videos by John Quinlan

Good morning everybody, I hope you all have a great weekend :) Just a quick post here as an update to my current training. Below are a couple videos added to YouTube yesterday by The Big Dog from this past week. My main thing right now is to keep my mind focused and relaxed. I try and balance everything and not take things too seriously. Being a dad with 3 young children and taking care of them along with my training it can get quite busy! Training Progress Photos & Updates by John Quinlan

Just wanted to update everybody this morning. So far my training is going well and I haven't felt any of the injuries from the past to this point which is wonderful, I thank God for that! I did have my first photo shoot of the year yesterday and it went well. I will touch more upon that next time but for those of you that I am sending photos to.....rest assure the photos have been taken it's just a matter of the photographer processing them and sending them to me. She is very busy so it may take a but longer but the important thing is they have been taken. I Was Talking With A Friend Today by John Quinlan

Just a quick post because it was fresh in my mind. I was speaking with a friend of mine earlier today and he mentioned something that was interesting to me. He asked me if anything about me has changed over the past 2 years, seeing that I am now injury free and have a firm grasp on my diet as I am back in the "fitness" swing of things with a clear head. I said, it is still the same old me I am just smarter now....I know how to train and how to eat. The mistakes I made from 2 years ago will never again be made and the mishaps with my diet from being careless won't be made either. So with that below I have posted a few photos as a flashback to 2010. Enjoy....Much Love!

Getting Ready For My Romance Cover Model Shoot by John Quinlan

Just wanted to post a quick update to everybody (writers and authors) that I am getting ready for my first photo shoot of 2012 coming up soon with the main theme: Romance Cover Model stock images. For quite some time I have been talking back and fourth with several amazing writers about this and the time has finally come! I will do my best to give you some great shots you can use hopefully on some best sellers! Much Love to all the writers and authors out there are you all know who you are.
